FAQ Q148: How can I pay for my Planyo PRO subscription?

You can do this on the
Subscription page. Planyo works using the prepayment method: you need to make sure your account balance stays above zero. Once it drops down to zero you receive an email and have 2 weeks to make a payment, at least for the amount required to bring your balance to above zero. Please note that you'll also find a payment button for the amount equal to 12 months (PRO) or CHF 500 (PRO-COMM) which will give you a 10% discount.
There you have the following options for the payments:
- Start a Worldpay subscription which will charge your credit card every month. The subscription is fully controlled by you (we never take your credit card number) and you can cancel this subscription at any time. This subscription will allow us to make one charge per month up to the limit specified above the subscription button. This subscription is intelligent and will only charge you as much as it's necessary to keep your account balance positive (even if the monthly price changes due to a different number of resources).
- An alternative is a single credit card or PayPal payment for one or more months. In case of a payment for 12 months, you will get a 10% discount.
