FAQ Q238: Can I send a mailing to all my existing customers?

Planyo doesn't have a feature to send a custom mailing to all your customers at once. There are three possibilities:
- In Customer list / Customers with reservations you can export a list of your customers to a CSV file which you can then import into the mailing list / campaign manager of your choice.
- In Reservation search you can search for e.g. arrivals for given day or days, then click on Bulk manage items in the results, select all or part of the reservations and then click on Add new message in order to send a message to the customers from all the found reservations (you can do the same with an SMS). The message can be also personalized using tags (e.g. Dear $(first_name)). This feature is useful e.g. if you need to cancel all reservations for given time slot for example because of bad weather.
- You can use the MailChimp export extension available in the Planyo store to automatically export customer information into a MailChimp list every time a new reservation is made and confirmed. This way you can automatically keep the customer list up to date. MailChimp is a hugely popular service for managing mail campaings / newsletters. They offer free accounts which let you manage even large mailing lists.
