We offer email support for all Planyo PRO and Planyo PRO-COMM clients. Our response time almost never exceeds 24 hours (except for weekends).

If your Planyo site is managed by multiple users, please ensure that technical support questions are submitted by the main administrator only.

Our support includes assistance with technical issues you may encounter when configuring or integrating Planyo with your website (e.g., Planyo plugin not working). We also provide guidance on configuring Planyo according to your needs and instructions on how to proceed. However, please note that our free support does not include the configuration of your Planyo site based on your specifications, integration of Planyo with your website, or the actual administration of your account (e.g., adding new resources, changing descriptions, uploading photos, changing pricing or availability). These tasks can typically be handled by non-technical users.

If you need more complex assistance with configuration or integration, including matching Planyo's look and feel to your website's design, you may find IT specialists familiar with Planyo on the Planyo Experts page.

AI Support Chatbot

We have also added an AI Support Chatbot, available 24/7. You can find it on all help pages, where a blue button labeled "AI support chatbot" is visible in the bottom right corner of the screen.
