FAQ Q377: I need the customer to upload reservation-related document such as signed contract or another scan

You can use the extension Storage of custom reservation documents extension for Planyo to accomplish this.

This extension will allow the customer to upload a document (such as a scan) during the reservation process - the upload can be optional or required.

Another possibility is that the customer uploads a document at a later time. This can be useful if your 'new reservation' notification includes a document such as rental agreement or a contract that the customer must sign and send back to you. In this scenario you can configure automatic cancellation of the reservation if the customer fails to upload their document within specified time delay.
