FAQ Q381: Will I get an invoice for my Planyo payment?

Yes, on the Subscription page you can download a PDF invoice for each of your payments. Note that if you paid by credit card using a currency other than CHF, the invoice will still reflect the payment we received in CHF. It will not show the payment amount in your currency because we don't receive this information from our credit card processor. You. should receive separately a payment receipt from them in your currency.

The data for the invoice: company name, address and the VAT (tax) number come from what you entered in Site Settings. You can simply update your data and re-download the invoice PDF which will then reflect the updated data.

If you need different data for the invoice from the data you want to register in Site Settings, please use this link which will open the Company Info settings with a new field called Site invoice data. This is where you can enter alternative invoice data (in multiple lines) displayed on the invoices for your Planyo payments.
