Booking Terms & ConditionsBrochure and website prices are quoted in Swiss Francs. A reservation is made once a deposit payment is paid by the client/customer and this is received in the bank account of activeFUSION Group SARL, furthermore the booking is confirmed in writing by activeFusion Group SARL. Deposits paid are not refundable unless the event is cancelled by activeFUSION Group SARL. The date the balance is payable will be advised by us when activeFUSION Group SARL confirm your booking. Unless notice of cancellation is received prior to the balance payment date, balance monies will remain due and payable. activeFusion Group SARL reserves the right to change the programme due to circumstances beyond its control. Any significant alterations will be advised to you and any alterations so made will be of a similar quality to those described in the brochure, information pack and website. If activeFusion Group SARL needs to cancel an event or activity for any reason, a full refund of the amount paid by the client / customer to activeFusion Group SARL for that specific event or activity, will be made. No further liability can be accepted by activeFusion Group SARL beyond the afore mentioned full refund value. Inclusive airport/hotel transfers specified in the holiday cost are only included when guests travel on the flight specified by activeFusion Group SARL. Guests arriving or departing on different flights will be responsible for their own transfer costs. All names and address held on the ActiveFusion Group SARL mailing list are held on computer. No information so stored will ever be passed to a third party without the customer / client consent. If however, you object to your details being stored, please inform us and we shall remove them. In the event of significant currency fluctuations and/or abnormal supply price increases between an event or activity being advertised and it taking place, ActiveFusion Group SARL reserves the right to alter the overall charge for the activity or event. It is a fundamental booking condition that you accept the hazards involved in visiting remote areas and engaging in potentially dangerous activities. To take part in one of our activities, events or courses, you must be covered by adequate insurance for the duration of the course and for the specific activities undertaken. The insurance must cover for cancellation and curtailment, medical and emergency expenses (including repatriation), personal accident, injury and death. In addition you should be insured against loss of/damage to baggage, personal possessions and flight cancellations/delays. ActiveFusion Group SARL does not accept liability for death, bodily injury or illness unless this arises from the negligent act and/or omission of ActiveFusion Group SARL employees during the course of their employment. ActiveFusion Group SARL and its employees are covered by public liability insurance up to a maximum of 5,000,000 (CHF).
