Reservation and Cancellation PolicyReservation begins at selected start time regardless of renter arrival time. To ensure prompt start of rental, please arrive early. Late arrival of renter does not alter reservation end time and does not change rental rate. Cancellation may be made up to three days prior to reservation start date for full refund. No cancellation may be made once within three days of reservation date. Failure to show for reservation will still incur full rental rate. Picture ID and credit card for deposit required for all reservations/rentals and must be completed at location prior to reservation start. Please arrive early to complete deposit and rental paperwork. Renter agrees operator of rented vessel will be at least 18 years of age and will not consume alcohol during rental of vessel.
