2024-11-29 There's a new way to implement the waiting list lottery: besides the existing automatic methods of choosing a reservation request to be upgraded to full reservation (oldest first or random draw), you can now prioritize reservations of customers who have never booked the resource or have booked it further in the past than more recent customers.
