FAQ Q208: I want to add a new resource / planyo site. Do I have to set it up all over again?

No, you don't. You can make a duplicate of the old one and only set its name and the settings you want to change. All other settings (including reservation form items) will be copied from the original. Please note that images will not be copied!

In the case of resources, go to Resources > Resource Settings and click the Make duplicate link in the Administration section. In case you want to copy a whole site, you'll first need to have a meta site under your account. Go to your META site settings and click Make duplicate next to the planyo site to be duplicated.
